ABOUT LEVEL 1
This online course is designed to help first responders (including firefighters, emergency medical personnel and police officers) and emergency planners at every level attain the competencies outlined in Transport Canada’s Competency Guidelines for Responders to Incidents of Flammable Liquids in Transport, High-Hazard Flammable Trains at the Awareness level. It is available free of charge to anyone who wishes to take it.
